Chronic Wound Care Services at Home
Chronic wound care begins with an assessment of the wound, circulation, pressure, infection risk, nutrition, and the conditions that may be delaying closure. The treatment plan may include debridement, advanced dressings, pressure redistribution, infection management, compression when clinically appropriate, and coordination with the patient's existing medical team.

Conditions We Treat
